Congratulations to John McKeefry

As part of our 40th Anniversary Celebrations Montracon ran a competition to find the oldest trailer still in service. The winner would receive a £500 parts voucher to spend at any Montracon parts depot. Placing adverts in the trade press, we were inundated with entries; supplying all kinds photographic evidence to back up their claims. Montracon’s production excellence is founded on solid engineering principles, with quality, reliability and longevity being the company’s underlying values, it was therefore not surprising there was such a high entry level.

We are please to announce John Mckeefry, Ireland as the winner. His beautifully refurbished 1979 tandem axle flat, finished in striking green and red colours took pride and place at our Doncaster Open Day in September, where many a customer made comment and complemented on how good the trailer looked. John is pictured with his winning voucher.
