Aftersales
At Montracon, we start in our factories with bare steel and build your trailer chassis and body from this. All fabrication is Montracon fabrication, all painting is Montracon painting, all wiring, piping, axle installation and body build is done in-house. We are a true one stop shop.
After your trailer chassis is built, we offer an extensive range of after sale services. We apply the same thoroughness and attention to detail to our Warranty, Aftermarket and Service Support.
Whether it’s a trailer part, a warranty repair, a breakdown or an unfortunate accident, we at Montracon are on hand to provide support and a professional care and repair service.
Our warranty is managed in house, where we have access to a geographically strong network of 150 authorised repair agents covering the British Isles. We provide a comprehensive paint and structural warranty and an optional extended warranty on axles and EBS braking systems. We also provide refurbishment and repair facilities that are fully warranted, and are again, in-house as part of our bespoke service.
Warranty & Support
In the unfortunate event of a trailer breakdown you need to have the peace of mind that support is at hand to get you moving again. Montracon has 150 authorised repair agents geographically positioned to cover the whole of the British Isles.
Each trailer comes with its own warranty, managed in-house affording attention to detail with professionalism; ensuring an exceptional aftersales support service.
It is by our policy of providing a quality built trailer, with comprehensive support that we retain our existing customers and win new ones. Traditional values that have established Montracon as a supplier of trailers to all of the major UK fleet operators.
Repair Centre
At Montracon we are totally committed to providing an after sales service that exceeds our customer’s expectations. As part of this commitment Montracon has a dedicated refurbishment and repairs centre in a purpose built facility at Market Weighton, York. This facility can handle superficial, major repairs and full 2nd life refurbishment.
We don’t just refurbish and repair Montracon trailers either. We also repair and/or refurbish all makes of trailers including SDC, G&A, Cartwright, Chereau, Lawrence David and many more. A typical example of the quality of work that we do can be seen in the before and after shot below.
